WafaTech Outage Credits Policy
Credit Request Procedure
To be eligible for an outage credit at WafaTech, you must follow the specific procedure outlined below. Merely initiating a support ticket related to an outage will not automatically result in a credit to your account. You must initiate a support ticket and explicitly request that a credit be applied to your account. This request is what triggers the evaluation process for any potential credits.
Credit Evaluation
Upon receiving a credit request, WafaTech will determine, at its sole discretion, whether an eligible outage has occurred. If WafaTech confirms that the outage meets the eligibility criteria, the support ticket you submitted will be used to apply a credit to your account based on the duration of the outage, according to the following schedule:

Less than 9 minutes | 12 Hours |
10 – 59 minutes | 24 Hours |
60 – 119 minutes | 48 Hours |
120 – 239 minutes | 120 Hours |
240 – 419 minutes | 240 Hours |
420+ minutes | 672 Hours (1 Month) |
